Pros
Although it is a family-owned business, the boss is quite nice. Lunch is provided, and under normal circumstances, the supervisors and colleagues are fairly easy to get along with. Salary adjustments are made every year, which is quite stable, and overtime pay is also provided.
Cons
The factory and working environment are poor (dirty and disorderly, with metal shavings, chemicals, and noise).
