This was a company-invited interview.
The environment was messy, and the boss was still smoking during the interview. He put it out when the interview began, but I personally really dislike the smell of cigarettes.
During the interview, it was very obvious that they had not looked at the applicant’s information at all. They mistakenly thought the applicant had submitted a résumé independently, and also thought the applicant had been dispatched by a Kujeong Academy student.
While looking through the portfolio, because the portfolio paper was relatively thick, the interviewer thought it was two sheets of paper and kept trying to pry them apart. Because he could not clearly see the contents of the folded pages, he also creased the portfolio, which was extremely unpleasant.
The starting salary is 26K. During free time, you have to help with miscellaneous tasks such as folding paper boxes or threading, and they will ask whether you accept this.
After the interview, they said there would be a computer test, without informing the applicant in advance at all.
The test involved operating AI, but the instructions consisted entirely of technical terms. Because the applicant was unfamiliar with printing, the woman inside even mocked the applicant after the test.
The entire interview can only be described as speechless.
