Young company

Having actually gone through the interview...

Although it is a young company,

I didn’t feel any vitality.

The other colleagues seemed to give off the feeling of, “There’s nothing we can do; this is just a job.”

The company should probably hire a professional HR person to handle the people-related matters, and perhaps give the interviewers some training as well.
