It’s a good thing when you encounter an interviewer who doesn’t pressure you, right?
I thought it was a job managing sales channels, but it turned out to be a job of messaging people everywhere on Facebook and LINE to ask about organizing group purchases and buying on behalf of others.
They also make posts saying things are discounted, but when people ask about the prices in the comments, they always write “DM”—that kind of thing. Since it was different from what I expected, I left right away.
By the way, they even have a government-issued document saying that they are “not direct selling,” but “group purchasing,” because they don’t have a mechanism for recruiting downlines and receiving commissions.
I guess they aren’t considered direct selling because they’re even stingier than direct-selling companies.
The worst part of the experience was that they wasted my Sunday afternoon—my precious afternoon tea time. Fantastic.
