After passing the trial work period, there is approximately a one-month probationary period.
At this stage, you are not yet a full-time employee,
so the hourly wage is the same as for part-time workers.
Only after passing the probationary period do you receive the various benefits of a full-time employee.
The starting salary is approximately 23K.
