During the first interview, the vice president in charge of the interview seemed very thoughtful. The interview process was not overly formal; we got to know each other and learned about the projects the company was responsible for through conversation. In fact, I had already decided at that point that I wanted to join the company and give it a try, but the vice president told me to take some time to calm down and think it over. After all, it would be my first job, so they gave me time to consider whether I really wanted to join the company. After joining, the training was very rigorous, and every day I absorbed the professional concepts the vice president had brought back from abroad. Although it was tiring, the overall atmosphere in the company was lively and harmonious. I feel this job is suitable for young people who are clear about their goals and direction.
It is very tiring and demanding, and requires a high level of concentration. Basically, there is no time to let your guard down. Everyone speaks very quickly and concisely. If you are not truly committed, you might as well not waste your time.
