The work environment is flexible, and colleagues get along well. Overtime pay is provided.
1. At the beginning of the year, the company announced that all bonuses and benefits would be canceled: year-end bonuses, perfect attendance bonuses, bonuses for the three major festivals, birthday cash gifts, performance bonuses, and so on. So basically, none of the benefits listed on the job website are actually provided.
2. The company has quite a few issues. They even notified us just two days before payday that our salaries would be directly reduced by 30%.
3. In the month of resignation, they only pay the minimum wage and also delay salary payments. Basically, the company is very unstable.
