The operational approach has no long-term plan; everything is just talk on paper, with no concrete plans.

Management's thinking and concepts are far too traditional, their ideas lack logic, and communication is difficult.

It is difficult to work with management. Meeting discussions are completely off-topic, making it difficult to move projects forward.
