1. The person who contacted me before the interview was polite, and communication was pleasant.
1. Nearly two full pages of the interview form consisted of questions investigating whether employees were sufficiently loyal to the company. Moreover, it only provided fixed options and did not allow respondents to enter their own answers, which was extremely confusing.
2. The form was overly formulaic and standardized, making the interviewee less inclined to join the company while filling it out.
3. The interview process was lengthy, and the supervisor could not accurately explain the job responsibilities. They only wanted to know what the interviewee could do rather than asking for specific examples.
4. The salary did not meet expectations, and there seemed to be frequent overtime.
