台灣屈臣氏個人用品商店股份有限公司
Pros

Some store managers are genuinely very kind, making it hard to leave.

Cons

Regardless of whether you join as a full-time or part-time employee, you are required to sell OB (Watsons' own-brand) skincare products. Pharmacists are also required to sell health supplements produced by Watsons. If you join as a full-time employee, your supervisors will also demand every day that you make sales, and on special days they will require you to sell a certain amount. If you do not want to be pressured into selling products against your conscience every day, it is recommended that you do not apply for a store position.

The company requires stores to close only when the scheduled closing time arrives, while also requiring employees to clock out on time. For example, a store that closes at 11 p.m. can only close at 11 p.m., after which employees can begin the end-of-day closing procedures—but by then, you have already clocked out. If you do not clock out on time, your supervisor will threaten to initiate disciplinary action. On average, you have to spend more than 20 minutes each day on the end-of-day closing procedures.

Occasionally, you may need to work a full-day shift, but you are paid for only nine hours. For the remaining time, they will tell you that you can take compensatory leave, but usually you never get the chance to take it.
