Poor time management. HR notified me that the test would take 40 minutes, followed by an interview.

In fact, the test took 2 hours. After completing it, I sat in the office for an hour and a half waiting for the chairman to be available for a Skype interview.

During the interview, they repeatedly complained about which areas of the job applicant’s abilities were insufficient and that their understanding of the position’s professional requirements was not thorough enough, among other things.
