The conversational interview is low-pressure.
The office culture seems relaxed.
The staff are young and energetic.
1. Before the interview, applicants must fill out a personal background investigation form. It is a very formulaic form that appears thorough but is largely unnecessary—two full pages of questions about one's personal background, some of which are not actually related to job performance.
2. It takes about two weeks to wait for the interview and more than a week to receive the result. An interview should be a meeting for both sides to get to know each other with mutual respect.
3. Compared with several company offices I have seen, the company's office is relatively cramped, with limited personal privacy.
4. No comment on the salary. Relevant reviews can be found online, but the level of employees a company can hire depends on the salary it offers.
