This company is actually the same company as Yushun International Cultural Enterprise Co., Ltd.!
This is the company I’ve encountered that requires the most on-site information to be filled out, the most tests, the most privacy-invasive questions, and the longest time spent filling out forms! On site, you have to fill out a standard résumé again, and also answer questions such as whether you have recently been ill or hospitalized (Am I applying for insurance?), and women are even asked whether they are currently pregnant. Other questions include whether there are any issues with your bank credit status, whether you have any plans recently.... After that, you still have to fill out whether you can work overtime, the completion rate of tasks assigned by your previous companies, your interests, and what you think the strengths and weaknesses are after looking at an advertisement from their company. There are also professional tests (depending on the position), a basic aptitude test, and even though you just completed an aptitude test, you have to take another 104 aptitude test on an iPad (Are they learning from tutorABC?). The meeting rooms and offices on the interview floor are extremely small and cramped, and the air is stuffy. They don’t even provide a glass of water. The whole experience makes you feel that this company thinks it is conducting a national examination and wants to thoroughly investigate every aspect of you.
You have to complete a great deal of paperwork during the interview process, or take an English test on a computer. Be prepared to be patient. It is recommended that you only go to this company if you have time; taking leave to go there is simply a waste of time!
