1. The boss is overflowing with self-confidence and talks a lot. During meetings, he is basically the only one speaking. He once spoke solo for two hours, just saying a bunch of nonsense. If that time could be used for business development, the results would be amazing. If you are thinking of joining, you should first be prepared to spend a lot of time in life being wasted by the boss, because he talks too much.
2. What era are we in? New employees are still expected to memorize the tile model numbers in an extremely thick catalog. It is a complete waste of life.
