Pros
Three holiday bonuses; you will absolutely receive everything you are entitled to in salary.
The boss and managers are all quite nice—kind people from the previous generation.
Cons
Their ideas are conservative and outdated, and they are unwilling to accept new thinking proposed by employees.
They insist on using old methods to operate their e-commerce business.
It will be difficult for ambitious, forward-thinking young people.
