From the emails to the interview, the interviewer repeatedly emphasized that everyone at the company graduated from NTU, NTHU, or NCTU and is under 30, because they “don’t want you to work with ‘idiots.’” This indirectly suggests that people who did not graduate from NTU, NTHU, or NCTU and those over 30 are all idiots. I cannot agree with this attitude, nor can I understand how NTU, NTHU, or NCTU graduates could still choose to work at Ledo after hearing such remarks.
