1. The interview scheduling process was extremely disrespectful and arrogant, making mutual understanding and cooperation impossible.

2. The interview was scheduled in a highly informal manner, via LINE. If contacted through another method, they would tell people to add their LINE account. Their wording was consistently rude, and they would ask personal questions.

3. The person arranging the interview had an extremely poor attitude and handled matters emotionally, using abusive language and cursing at people.

If a company uses a messaging app to arrange interviews, behaves arrogantly and cannot respect others, and curses at and attacks people whenever things do not go as they wish, what kind of regard will it have for the colleagues working alongside it? The person handling first-line communication had this attitude even during the initial invitation stage. Handling matters emotionally is easy—one only needs to take one’s emotions out on others—but it means being unable to resolve matters properly. When those in higher positions place someone with such an attitude on the front line, it would seem that they are poor judges of character and inept at selecting personnel.
