All employees are well aware of the boss, A-Jie’s, attitude toward them. Most of them also dare not voice their anger, or perhaps this is simply the Taiwanese personality: enduring whatever comes their way.

Those who are unhappy resign voluntarily. One person couldn’t take it anymore and yelled at A-Jie, and didn’t come back the next day.

People come and go at the company, and it also feels like the company has no intention of changing anything. Perhaps they think that as long as they have money, they can always hire more people.

I really like pets and genuinely want to develop my career in the pet industry, but if you want to develop long-term at this company, there are more opportunities for store staff; the office is just like this.

It’s quite sad to read the reviews from these former employees, and perhaps also current employees.
