1. After passing the probationary period, you must sign a confidentiality agreement, renewed annually. If you leave before completing one year of employment, you must pay the company 12 months’ salary.

2. There are an overwhelming number of cases, effectively forcing employees to work overtime because they can never be completed. You must be on standby 24 hours a day; if there is a problem with a case after work or while you are on holiday at home, you must immediately connect remotely from home to handle it.

3. In addition to the large number of cases, there are even more miscellaneous tasks.

4. If you work overtime past midnight, you may arrive at the company one hour late the next day, but the 250 dinner allowance will be canceled.

5. Handling a case requires cross-departmental cooperation, but the conflicts among the company’s departments and teams are extremely serious, and assistants often become cannon fodder.

6. When a supervisor does not do their work, the assistant has to work almost to death. Reporting it to the company or department does not bring any change; things will probably improve for only one or two weeks.

7. When resigning, if you have not received a performance bonus—whether for one, two, or six months—it becomes the company’s property.

8. The salary includes 40 hours of overtime pay, so there is no additional overtime pay unless you exceed 40 hours. Even if you do not reach 40 hours, you still receive the money.
