Pros

非常苦悶

Cons

1. 平日加班沒有加班費

2. 沒有特休，請生理假直接扣全勤

3. 假日加班無薪

4. 要24小時待命，睡覺中也是要隨call隨到案場叫修且無油資補助

5. 勞健保級距不按照勞基法保
