Cons
1. No overtime pay for working overtime on weekdays
2. No annual leave; taking menstrual leave results in a deduction from the perfect-attendance bonus
3. Unpaid overtime on holidays
4. Required to be on call 24 hours a day—even while sleeping, you must respond to calls and go to the site for repairs, with no fuel allowance
5. The labor and health insurance salary brackets are not reported in accordance with the Labor Standards Act
