There are only about 20 people in the company. Fortunately, everyone has a great personality and is easy to get along with.
Most of the projects here are commissioned through government tenders (national scenic areas account for the majority). Preparing tender proposals is hard work, and the production schedule is often a little shorter than expected—which is also one of the reasons for the frequent overtime. However, the websites produced are all excellent, and it is very rewarding to be involved in them.
As long as the company meets its annual performance target, employees can participate in an overseas company trip the following year. The company subsidizes most of the travel expenses. People who enjoy traveling abroad and are willing to work hard should be very happy here.
To meet the annual performance target, you generally need to win bids for and complete around 6–8 projects a year. Including maintenance projects renewed under contract, you need to complete approximately 12–15 projects in total each year. Personally, I find it quite exhausting, but the rewards for the hard work (= frequent overtime) are the salary, year-end bonus, and overseas company trip. Some people think it is worth it, while others do not.
The receptionist is a beauty.
