Pros
Not really, haha. It’s just pretty satisfying to see the team lead looking livid every day—it’s like watching a show, haha.
Cons
I heard that team leads at P5 or 6 would snap at people, saying, “If you don’t like it, don’t do it. If you’re unhappy, quit,” hahahaha. No wonder the turnover rate is so high when they’re this emotional, heh.
