All the colleagues are kind, and everyone supports one another.
The work environment is extremely poor—essentially a construction-site shed, with absolutely no interior decoration to speak of. Four IBM desks are simply set up, along with a second-hand air conditioner, and it is called a design and marketing company. The temporary office that the boss refers to has already been temporary for a year and a half. The boss is very prone to verbal abuse, using phrases such as “pigs,” “useless trash,” “I raised a bunch of animals,” “your brains are filled with shit,” and “sooner or later I’ll shut down the entire department.” The boss has very poor emotional control; making people stand in the blazing sun while berating them, throwing things, kicking walls, and slamming the desk are all common occurrences.
