Almost all of my colleagues are young. We get along fairly well, and the work atmosphere is quite pleasant.

Because the boss is overly particular and has an inflated opinion of himself, everyone often has endless overtime and an endless workload, but there is no overtime pay. They only give you compensatory leave so you won’t feel quite so frustrated, but there is often no time to use it. The compensatory leave also expires after three months.
