The speed at which interviews are scheduled is very fast, and the response about whether you were selected after the interview is also very quick. There are quite a lot of jobs, with many options to choose from.
I was referred to a new job through Bova. After three days of training, I finished providing my personal information and asked where I should submit it. I was told that the relevant documents would be sent to me later, but halfway through the training I still had not received them. When I asked, I was told that they would only be sent after my start date was confirmed, and that I should send them back together with the documents issued by my current company. I had officially been working for three days with no news, so I thought the documents were paper copies and asked when I would receive them. Only then was I told that they would email them to me soon, and that I should print them out and mail the paper copies back. What the ..... How many days does it take to send an email? The bank account information they sent also contained errors, and those documents were exactly the same as the new-hire documents my current company had given me. Then they simply said that I only needed to send back the ones they had sent me. I also had to keep asking before they would tell me the exact dates for adding and removing me from the labor and health insurance. Friends who are applying for jobs referred by this company, please be sure to protect your own rights. If you do not keep asking until you get clear answers, they will gloss over everything or simply not tell you. The Bova staff seem very careless. The referred jobs are good, but the staffing company’s procedures and conduct are extremely frustrating.
