During the interview, things are described in more favorable terms, and they mention a whole range of benefits, but once you actually join, they may not necessarily be provided (such as salary and overtime pay). Overall, it is still a relatively new company, so its systems and policies are not yet fully established. This is just a reference for anyone considering working there; personally, I found my experience there very unpleasant.
