Pros
The team members' technical proficiency is pretty good.
Cons
The HR at this company is very domineering. Whatever you do, don't offend them (by asking too many questions, negotiating your salary, or refusing to answer questions about your current salary), otherwise the HR representative will unilaterally use every possible means to blacklist you.
