1. HR was padding their performance metrics by randomly contacting candidates (without discussing or confirming with the relevant department manager).
2. After spending an hour and a half taking an intelligence and English test, I was interviewed by a male interviewer who had more hair gel than hair and poor English. He insisted on conducting the interview in English, continually spending time figuring out how to translate Chinese into English. In the end, he couldn't even convey the meaning of the most basic terms. He asked several questions that could only be answered fully by someone with 3.5 years of experience in this industry, yet the job posting stated that experience was not required.
I recommend not wasting your time.
