Very challenging, with different tasks to accomplish frequently.
No need to spend time thinking up proposals, because the boss's proposals are absolute.
Opportunities to travel to China for work.
Cons
Annual leave cannot be exchanged for cash.
No overtime pay, because the position is on a responsibility-based work system.
The employment contract may be changed at any time.
The salary is only around NT$20,000-something.
