There are often new hires, so you won’t feel excluded when you first join the company. There’s a lot to learn, the workday goes by quickly, and the company hosts a group meal every month.
The workload is stressful and overtime is common. You learn a lot, but it’s mostly how to use the company’s own ERP system, whose interface is not user-friendly and has a bunch of bugs. Each month, employees take turns being on call and carrying the duty phone. The pay is low, and overtime is unpaid. Dinner often ends up being eaten as a late-night meal.
