Pros

The colleagues below the managerial level are generally quite nice. There is an employee cafeteria, which makes it easier to sort out meals. Meal costs are deducted directly from your salary, so the figure on your payslip looks lower.

Cons

1. Basically, it is an inefficient company. There is a large pile of preparation materials for new hires, and the interview process consists of about three rounds, which makes it seem very rigorous. Put nicely, it has systems; to be blunt, it has a lot of rules.

2. The work is standardized. At the end of each workday, you have to record what you did that day in an EXCEL file so that your supervisor knows your efficiency. Low starting pay, many demands, plus deductions here and there: think carefully before joining.

3. The atmosphere at work is dull. I heard that supervisors may even ask the IT department to retrieve the records from LINE on your computer. I heard that the company itself tends to hire graduates of public universities. (I’m not discriminating, and presumably neither are they.)
