No overtime (because there is no overtime pay either)
(1) The company is very small; one person is an entire department.
(2) The boss never evaluates whether the company has the capacity to take on a project—if there is a project, they accept it.
(3) The work environment is extremely dull and lacks energy.
(4) There are no employee benefits.
(5) The boss’s logical reasoning, staffing, and schedule-management abilities are truly poor. They are often completely out of touch with the situation, leaving employees speechless.
(6) Teamwork does not exist here.
(7) Regarding the company’s business scope: marketing, media and public relations, exhibition curation, and CIS design. They can do these things, but they are not particularly good at them.
(8) Employee turnover is very high.
(9) There is a salary ceiling; it is still acceptable for fresh graduates.
