No base salary
Employees can attend design courses for free
The company is in debt
If you are short on cash, you can request an advance on your salary from the company, up to 25,000
A one-year contract is required. If you leave during that period or are dismissed for insufficient ability, you must still repay the previously free tuition fees and any salary advance.
