The boss is very lax and disorganized, and doesn't really know how to manage. They also don't pay much attention to performance.
1. Overall, there is no system or structure to speak of. The boss likes hiring parachuted-in people who don't know how to do anything to manage.
2. The parachuted-in management likes to dump the work they should be doing on others.
3. The parachuted-in management likes to watch what other people are doing while they are at work.
4. The boss likes to recklessly spend company money traveling around and sightseeing.
5. The boss loves fantasies, imagining every day how amazing the performance will be, when in reality there is no performance at all.
In short, it is a very lousy company, suitable for people with no ambition. However, you should be mentally prepared for the company to go under at any time.
