Pros

Salary and benefits are paid as usual. As long as you negotiate your salary, the boss is willing to offer a higher amount.

Cons

Small companies tend to have less structure. Although the company is small, internal conflicts are serious. The boss is not easy to deal with. Before submitting your résumé, you can read the following two sections again and think it over:

“P.S. If you have any of the following issues, we recommend that you do not consider joining our company, to avoid causing difficulties for both you and the company:

# Lack of integrity or frequently telling lies

# Frequently arriving late or leaving early

# Frequently taking sick leave or personal leave (allowed up to 2 days per month; exceptions may be made in special circumstances)

# Frequently daydreaming without knowing what to do, and not knowing how to find things to do or learn and grow independently

# Being passive and not knowing how to take initiative, be proactive, or report on your work

# Lacking a sense of time (no matter what you do, you must know how to estimate or remember how much time you actually spend completing it)

# Not knowing how to seek opportunities to demonstrate your work performance and apply your work and learning abilities

# Doing things unrelated to work during working hours

# Not being sufficiently careful and cautious at work, frequently making mistakes or repeating the same mistakes

(Remember! In the future, there will be a performance ranking every month, and the bottom 10%–15% of employees will be eliminated at the end of each year.)”

“For example, if your salary is 40,000, but the monthly income statement shows a profit of only 20,000, the company can pay you a maximum of 20,000 for that month to reduce losses;

for another example, if your salary is 40,000 but the monthly income statement shows a loss of 20,000, the company will not pay you that month in order to reduce losses.”
