No advantages at all
It’s completely hopeless unless the general manager is replaced.
The front desk loses an employee on average every month.
I worked here for two years and, apart from not receiving any raise at all,
we’re all part of the same group,
yet for the same position, the salary is NT$10,000–20,000 lower than at Wudu.
And then everything has to be dumped on Guodu to handle??
Also, two years ago they said the year-end bonus would be one month’s salary—where did that go?
What we actually received was less than half a month’s salary.
Even people who work seriously are worse off than those who dodge responsibility and coast at Wudu.
