If you just want to steadily work as a frontline technician and don’t want to take on or learn more, you can be quite happy here.
Pros: There aren’t many opportunities for overtime, unless you’re someone who is highly capable and has learned too much and can do too much. You can work from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The benefits aren’t particularly good, but compared with other companies in Taiwan, they should be considered mid-to-upper tier?
If you tell the truth online, you may get sued. A former employee has already been sued for posting on PTT.
