The company is made up mostly of young people, and due to the nature of the work, there is relatively little internal competition or backstabbing.
If you are looking to build a long-term career, it is a great place worth striving together with.
A guaranteed annual salary equivalent to 14 months; depending on operating conditions, an additional 3–6 months may be added.
Cons
A responsibility-based system with no overtime pay; routinely working overtime until after 9:00 p.m.
