You can probably really learn something.

Do not work for this company under any circumstances. Being able to learn something is one of this company’s only advantages, but it commits a major taboo: it does not pay amounts owed to employees on time. I mean this includes both salaries and expenses initially paid out of pocket by employees. In addition, this company is extremely casual about payments owed to vendors and lecturers alike. I describe their attitude as casual because they first inform cooperating lecturers or vendors of the payment terms or date, but when the agreed deadline arrives, the payment usually does not come through. When the other party follows up about the payment, the response is always: “We’ll discuss it further and get back to you.” Sometimes they respond proactively, while other times you have to follow up again. Anyone considering working for this company should think twice.
