The boss contributes NT$200 every month toward travel, group meals, and other expenses... That is the only advantage.
P.S. However, if you order drinks separately at group meals... three people have to share one 350 cc bottle of drink.
1. Overtime pay depends on the boss’s judgment. The boss says you only get overtime pay if he considers it overtime, so overtime pay is often withheld.
2. You have to say goodbye to the boss when leaving work. Otherwise, you will be docked pay and scolded the next day.
3. The salary is only NT$22,000, yet you have to do many things.
