Pros
This company is essentially Motorcycle Magazine and TOP RIDER.
The boss’s daughter is highly capable, and the colleagues are very united.
Cons
The boss is terrible and very emotional. He often curses at employees and may even knock them on the head. He monitors employees’ computers, does whatever he wants, and then randomly finds someone to vent his anger on.
The office is old, dirty, and messy. You can’t learn anything there.
