During the interview, the manager proactively stated the salary they could offer. During the interview, I felt that I had found an R&D manager to learn from, so I asked some questions about IoT-related applications. However, I felt that the R&D manager was also not very familiar with IoT, and even claimed that a previous incident involving a device being hacked had occurred at my former company. They were also very insistent about it. Afterward, verification showed that this was indeed not the case, and it was not the situation described by the R&D manager. After the interview, the company’s manager completely disappeared. Hello?! Is everything okay? You’re already a vice president, you set the salary yourself and said you would send an offer, and then you disappeared yourself. What kind of move is that?

So lacking in responsibility? Whether it’s good or bad, at least make it clear. It’s not as though I necessarily had to go work for your company, but that kind of attitude is truly poor.
