The environment is pretty good
That’s all.
They say there’s no overtime, but that’s just talk
On Fridays, if you want to go home, you still have to pretend to be busy for an extra half hour
If you finish your work quickly, they’ll only think you’re slacking off
If your grandfather passes away and you take bereavement leave, they deduct it from your pay
If your grandpa falls and is sent to the hospital (you may have to take leave)
When you tell the boss, they even say, “Why does your family have so many things going on?”
Hearing things like that really makes people not want to stay~~
They keep saying how well they treated former employees
But that’s not how it feels from my perspective!!
