No advantages
A family-owned business. The boss is very emotional and speaks in a very rude and unpleasant manner, shouting and yelling whenever displeased.
Overtime is extremely common, averaging two hours a day, and overtime pay is not provided in accordance with the Labor Standards Act.
The company is constantly unable to recruit international trade staff, resulting in an extremely high turnover rate. There are many miscellaneous tasks to handle.
One person is expected to do the work of three people, working extremely hard. Not only will the boss not appreciate that you are able to remain in this environment, but they will also criticize you for what you have done poorly.
A very inhumane company.
