Pros
They give you an interview opportunity as long as you submit a résumé.
Cons
1. The HR staff are extremely harsh and test applicants’ patience to the limit.
2. The company has been established for 20 years, yet the production-line employees are almost all young people, and it is rare to see middle-aged employees. This suggests that they only need fresh labor and drive people out once they reach middle age, since the more seniority they have, the higher the salary the company has to pay. This is not a company where people can build a stable livelihood.
