Department heads survive by scheming against one another. They have no ability whatsoever, yet expect their subordinates to play along with their foolishness. They act as though they care deeply about everyone in front of others, but make spiteful, cutting remarks when people from other departments are absent. They do not put any effort into building the team, yet waste time at the company pretending to be serious. In front of the boss, they act meek and obedient—simply two completely different people.
