There are absolutely no advantages.
Terrible, extremely terrible
This company is located in an old building near the Zhongxin Bridge.
The interviewer was an old man (presumably the owner).
The interview process was very disrespectful to the job applicant; he mocked the applicant's previous jobs or companies.
The salary is low. If an applicant states that they expect a salary of 26K or more, he will say that he will contact the applicant if there is any news about the salary.
In addition, days off are every other week.
Even if you paid me NT$30,000 today, I still would not go work there.
If I went to work there, I would probably be irritated all day by your temper and arrogant attitude to the point of not wanting to continue.
