This company is located at No. 326, Dabutou Road, Guanlan, Shenzhen, China. The boss is named Zhan Yilang. This person has an extreme inferiority complex that manifests as megalomania, and is extremely harsh toward employees, often speaking to them abusively. Taiwanese employees are not provided with labor contracts or insurance, let alone medical insurance contributions. He is extremely extravagant toward himself, staying in five-star hotels on business trips and flying first class. He often flaunts this to Taiwanese employees, but when discussing salaries, he says the company is performing poorly and even claims that he himself does not receive a salary.

When arranging business trips for employees, he always has them take the earliest flight out and the latest flight back, or even the cheapest train (using your personal time, including Saturdays and Sundays).

He frequently interferes with employees' work and criticizes them, because his own educational attainment is low (perhaps only a junior-high-school education), yet he expects others to listen to him. The decisions he makes are often repeatedly wrong, and he ultimately makes employees take the blame and bear responsibility for the mistakes.

The boss is highly suspicious and does not trust people. The only person he trusts is himself (he does not even trust his own wife, who handles administration at the company). He fills the company with surveillance cameras and watches the monitoring screens every day like a security guard, checking who is slacking off and who said what, then goes to the production line to berate people.

He is also jealous of employees who are highly capable, believing that employees do not listen to him. He even competes with employees for credit, and everything must be approved by him before it can be done.

If an employee takes the initiative to do something, they will still be scolded, regardless of whether they did it correctly or incorrectly.

Even when employees are already ill and need to take leave, they are still scolded, making them afraid to request leave. Some have endured it until they had to be sent to the hospital, and he still says behind their backs that the person is no good, has poor work ability, and so on. It is truly inhumane.

He often goes back on his word. Things he has promised will change according to his mood, and he feels no guilt whatsoever.
