Pros
The joint interview with the CEO and CTO gave the impression that they were very nice.
There are many lunch options around the company.
Cons
They asked about the causes and reasons behind my previous work and why I did certain things. The questions felt unrelated to the actual development role.
The company is very small (old and dirty), a startup operating under a traditional manufacturing company~
A position from two years ago has been posted again, which makes it feel like a position that has been vacant for a hundred years.
