Pros
The salary is within the normal range
Cons
My personal impression is that the interviewer did not show enough respect for the candidate
It is true that experienced employees are indeed much more capable than newcomers to the workforce
But there is no need to act as if they look down on young people
There was a lecturing tone in the conversation
They mentioned that employees are also expected to arrive early to clean
